We recommend immunizing based on the schedule outlined below:

2 month – DTAP, IPV, HIB, PCV 20, HEP B, Rotavirus

4 month – DTAP, IPV, HIB, PCV 20, Rotavirus

6 month – DTAP, IPV, PCV 20, HEP B, Rotavirus

12 month – PCV 20, HEP A, MMR

15 month – DTAP, HIB, VARIVAX

18 month – HEP A (if 6 months from first)

24 month – HEP A (if not given at 18 months)

4 year – DTAP, IPV, MMR, VARIVAX

11 year and up – TDAP, MENACWY, HPV

16 year and up – MENACYW BOOSTER, MENB (MENB booster dose 6 months after initial)

 

SEASONAL IMMUNIZATIONS

(usually September/October through April):
6 months and up: FLU with receiving 2 doses one month apart in their first FLU season, then yearly after that

Birth to less than 9 months: RSV (one time dose in their first season)

 

All visits are the time to review and update vaccines. Alternate schedule done on individual basis.
