Office Policies
- We intend to see our patients in a timely manner, however, urgent situations sometimes occur causing delays. We will inform you of such delays, but please feel secure that we take the time necessary for each and every child.
- When calling the office or presenting here with urgent problems (but not true emergencies for which you should call 911 to activate emergency medical services), please state the severe or urgent natures of your problem so it can be handled appropriately. We see patients in the following order: Emergencies, Appointments, Walk-In Sick Patients.
- Requests for refill prescriptions or completion of forms may need to be delayed 24 to 48 hours. These tasks are completed at the end of the day after seeing patients in the office.
- We share coverage outside of office hours with other pediatricians in town. When they see you, they will send our practice a copy of your visit notes for your file.
- If issues arise that concern you or if you have ideas that may improve our delivery of care, we would like to hear your thoughts.
